    Master Chef Mayur Thapa adds to his formal training, his years of experience as an Executive Chef at Oberoi Hotels, Kempinski, Ritz Carlton, and Le Meridien. Having worked in multiple regions of the country, Chef Thapa brings deep and broad knowledge of Indian food. The menu reflects Mayur's laser focus on authenticity of the traditional recipes passed down through the generations.
